01Who we are

Autorestage is a service that turns photos and videos of vehicles into studio images, 360° spins and video tours for car dealers. Autorestage is operated by Itdevspot LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Autorestage", "we", "us").

This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit autorestage.com, use our web console, API or mobile apps (the "Services"), or contact us.

Autorestage is a service for businesses. The vehicle photos, videos and details a dealership uploads belong to that dealership; we process them to provide the Services it requested.

02Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account information: your name, work email address, dealership name, password, role and, if you add one, a phone number.
• Team information: details of colleagues an account owner invites.
• Content: vehicle photos and videos, logos, banners and other files you upload, and vehicle details such as VIN, stock number, registration and descriptions.
• Communications: messages you send us and our replies.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and log data: IP address, browser and device type, pages and features used, and dates and times of access.
• Mobile app data: device and camera information needed to capture vehicles. Location and microphone are used only if you allow them in your device settings.
• Cookies and similar technologies: see section 4.

Payment information

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store full card numbers; we keep records of your plan, purchases and credit balance.

03How we use information

We use personal information to:

• provide, operate and maintain the Services, including processing your photos and videos;
• create and manage accounts, authenticate users and provide customer support;
• process payments, credits and subscriptions;
• send service messages such as account verification, password resets and invitations;
• protect the Services, prevent fraud and abuse (for example, limiting free trials to one per business), and enforce our terms;
• understand and improve how the Services are used;
• measure our advertising, only where you have consented (section 4);
• comply with legal obligations.

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the Services, your consent (for advertising cookies), and our legal obligations.

04Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary to sign you in, keep your session secure and remember your preferences.

With your consent, our website and signup page also use the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our advertising. It does not load unless you click Accept. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

05How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers that help us run the Services, such as hosting and cloud computing, payment processing, email delivery, and services that power specific features (for example, vehicle data lookup and text-to-speech). They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
• Advertising measurement: Meta, through the Meta Pixel, only if you consent.
• Within your dealership: content in a dealership account is visible to its team members. Content you share through an embed link can be viewed by anyone who has the link.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the public or Autorestage.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

06International transfers

We are based in the United States and use service providers that may process information in the United States, the European Union and other countries. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

07Retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it, unless we must keep it for legal, tax, accounting, security or dispute-resolution purposes. Copies may remain in backups for a period after deletion. See Data deletion for how to delete your account.

08Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.

California and other US states: you may request to know, correct or delete your personal information and to opt out of the sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. To opt out, choose Decline under Cookie settings. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

To make a request, email support@autorestage.com. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the time required by law. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

10Children

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If changes are material, we will notify account holders by email or in the Services.
