01Delete your account in the app
- iPhone: open Vehicles, tap •••, then Account → Delete account.
- Android: open Profile → Delete account.
You will be asked to confirm with your password.
02Request deletion by email
Email support@autorestage.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". Tell us which account it is and whether you also want your dealership's vehicles, photos and renders deleted. We may ask you to verify your identity, and for a dealership's data we may need the account owner's confirmation.
03What we delete
We delete your account and the personal information associated with it, and, when requested by the account owner, your dealership's vehicles, photos, videos and renders. We complete requests within the time required by applicable law and confirm by email when it is done.
04What we may keep
We may keep limited information where we are required or permitted to by law, for example billing and transaction records for tax and accounting, and information needed to prevent fraud or abuse (such as limiting free trials). Copies may also remain in our backups for a period of time.
05Facebook and Instagram data
Our website and signup page use the Meta Pixel only if you consented. To stop it, choose Decline under Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. To remove information Meta has already received, use Your activity off Meta technologies in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
