Do I need a turntable or a photo booth?

No. A phone and a clear walk round the car. Every frame is placed on the same studio floor at the same size, which is the job a turntable does.

How should I film the walk-around?

One slow, full circle at a steady distance, with the whole car in the frame all the way round. The console picks the frames out of the video.

Can I make a spin from photos I already have?

Yes, from six or more exterior photos of the same car. The console orders them by the angle it detects and leaves out interiors and close-ups. Every frame is one of your photos, so the spin steps between the angles you shot rather than turning smoothly; for that, film a walk-around.

Where can I put the spin?

Anywhere that accepts an iframe: your own website, a listing page, a website builder's HTML block. Anyone with the link can view it; the id in the link is random, so one car's link does not lead to another's.
