Does it connect to our DMS?

Not directly today. Your website or inventory provider can use the REST API to send photo URLs and fetch the finished media by VIN or stock number, with a webhook when each job is done.

Can several people work in the same account?

Yes. Add colleagues from the Team page: choose a username and a role, and the console makes a password for you to hand over. Owners can add and remove people; members photograph vehicles and see the library.

How do we keep every listing looking the same?

Use one set for every car: one of ours, or your own with your logo on the wall. Every car is placed on the floor at the size that studio was set up for.

How long does it take per car?

Once the GPU is running, a studio photo takes seconds and a spin a few minutes. If nobody has rendered for a while it has to start first, which adds one to two and a half minutes to the first job.

Do unused vehicles roll over?

On a monthly plan, no: each month starts at your allowance. Blocks bought outright never expire.
